Hey there and welcome to Willow Grove Hill Studio where adventures are nurtured into nature art!
Art is my pathway for adding something positive and something colorful to our world in return for all the inspiration it provides.
This lifelong adventure began while growing up in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. It is there where art became the steady splash of color running through each life chapter. Now living in the Sierra Foothills of California, this art journey continues and manifests itself as nature art in both watercolor paintings and kiln-formed glass.
My art process begins outside the studio surrounded by nature. I start with photographs taken while out hiking. These images, combined with studies in the form of watercolors, continue the expressive path towards the glass art piece.
As watercolor painting captivated me in its role in that creative cycle for my glass art, it soon bloomed into its own nature art expression.
Take a stroll through my gallery, and together let’s add a splash of nature art to our world!
